RemoteTaxCalc provides an online tax calculator that estimates take-home pay for remote workers across multiple countries. The calculator is available in a free tier and a paid Pro version (all 10 countries with employee vs. contractor comparison).

2. Not Tax Advice

RemoteTaxCalc provides estimates only and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.

Tax laws change frequently and vary by individual circumstances. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making any financial decisions based on the calculator's output. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided by the calculator.

3. Accuracy

While we strive to keep tax rates and rules up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any calculations. Tax regulations are subject to change, and individual circumstances (deductions, credits, treaties, etc.) may significantly affect actual tax obligations.

4. Pro Version and Payments

  • •Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to Pro features as long as the service remains available.
  • •Due to the digital nature of the product and instant delivery, all sales are final. No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
